在城市机动化和全球能源危机背景下，慢行系统作为一种发展趋势正日益引起人们的关注。本文从城市规划建设角度，遵循“慢行城市”理念，以安阳东部新区（以下简称“安东新城”）为例，从慢行交通、慢行街区和网络化绿色开放空间等三个方面构建安东新城慢行系统，倡导慢行生活。

Under the background of urban motorization and the global energy crisis,the slow system as a new trend is increasingly aroused people's concern,From the perspective of urban planning and construction, following the“Slow City”concept,taking the new eastern town of AnYang as an example(hereinafter referred to as AnDong new town),the slow traffic system of AnDong new town is builded from three aspects of slow traffic, slow blocks and networked green open space,meanwhile,advocating urban slow life.
