目的：探讨人工通便干预对早产儿喂养不耐受的治疗效果。方法将安徽省庐江县人民医院52例早产儿喂养不耐受的患儿随机分为2组（n=26），对照组行常规治疗，人工通便组在常规治疗的基础上辅以人工通便。结果人工通便组干预喂养不耐受早产儿的腹胀消失时间、胃潴留消失时间、恢复到出生时体质量所需时间，与对照组比较均明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论人工通便组干预早产儿喂养不耐受疗效确切，且简单、安全、方便，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토인공통편간예대조산인위양불내수적치료효과。방법장안휘성려강현인민의원52례조산인위양불내수적환인수궤분위2조（n=26），대조조행상규치료，인공통편조재상규치료적기출상보이인공통편。결과인공통편조간예위양불내수조산인적복창소실시간、위저류소실시간、회복도출생시체질량소수시간，여대조조비교균명현축단，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론인공통편조간예조산인위양불내수료효학절，차간단、안전、방편，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the artiifcial defaecation intervention on the therapeutic effect of feeding intolerance in preterm infants. Methods 52 patients were randomly divided into feeding intolerance in preterm infants into 2 groups(n=26), the control group received routine therapy, Artiifcial Defecation group on the basis of conventional therapy combined with artiifcial defaecation.Results the Artiifcial Defecation group intervention feeding intolerance preterm infant abdominal distention disappear time, gastric retention, return to the disappearance time of birth weight of time, compared with the control group were shortened obviously, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.01).Conclusion Artiifcial Defecation group intervention of feeding intolerance in preterm infants and exact curative effect, simple, safe, convenient, worthy of clinical application.
