研究生群体是科教兴国的重要力量，是社会建设的主力军。但近年来有许多关于研究生自杀或犯罪的报道，我们应当反思为何常有这类事情发生。本文从近年来研究生心理健康状况欠佳的现状着手，分析了当代研究生心理健康问题的诱因主要来自学习、经济、人际关系、就业等四个方面的压力，最后针对这些问题提出了改善的办法，引导我们从研究生自身、学校、社会三个方面来缓解研究生的压力，促进研究生心理的健康发展。

Postgraduate student groups are important forces in developing the country by relying on science and education. They are also the main forces in social development. But in recent years, there are many reports on the postgraduate students' sui-cides or crimes, so we should reflect on the reasons why such sort of crimes occasionally happens. In this paper, we started investi-gating with the current situation of the unhealthy mental problems of the postgraduate students and analyzed the causes for these pr-oblems from four aspects, including learning pressure, economy pressure, interpersonal relationship and employment pressure. Finally, we proposed the solutions to these problems and con-cluded that we can relieve the pressure on postgraduate students from students themselves, schools and society to promote the de-velopment of their mental health.
