“一标四化”即围绕教学目标有效达成将课堂教学划分为定标、明标、落标、测标四个环节,相应的教学策略是内容目标化、目标问题化、问题练习化、练习多样化。“一标四化”课堂教学模式强调课堂教学中教师要心中有目标,学生要明确目标,课堂教学要全力达成教学目标从而实现高效课堂。

"One objective and four strategies"refers to the divi-sion of classroom teaching into such four steps as determining the objective, clarifying the objective, implementing the objective and testing the objective, revolving around the effective achievement of the teaching objective, and corresponding teaching strategies are arranging contents based on the objective, making the objec-tive questions, making questions exercises, and doing diversified exercises. The classroom teaching model based on"one objective and four strategies"stresses that the teacher should have the ob-jective in his mind and students should clarify the objective, while the aim of classroom teaching should be realizing the teaching objective, so as to actualize efficient class.
