采用相关量表对某师范院校206名大学生的专业承诺与学习倦怠的现状及其相关关系进行调查。统计结果表明:该校大学生专业承诺处于中等水平,学习倦怠水平较高;女生的专业承诺水平高于男生,男生的学习倦怠水平较高,男生成就感高于女生;文科学生的专业承诺水平略高于理科学生,理科学生的学习倦怠水平略高于文科学生;主动选择本专业的学生的专业承诺较高,学习倦怠水平更低;回归分析表明,情感承诺是大学生学习倦怠的重要预测变量。

Using corresponding scales to study 206 normal college students' professional commitment and learning burnout status and their correlation relationships. The results reveal that:students' professional commitment lies in the middle level, and the learning burnout level is a little high. Girls' professional commitment level is higher than boy students', boys' learning burnout level is higher, while their sense of accomplishment is higher than girls. Liberal arts students' professional commitment level are slightly higher than science students',and science students' learning burnout level slightly higher than liberal arts students'. Students who take the initiative to choose their major have a higher professional commitment ,and lower learning burnout level.Regression analy-sis showed that the emotional commitment is an important predictor variable of college students' learning burnout.
