采用网络测评法,对广东省某高职院校3554名新生进行调查,探讨高职院校新生心理健康整体状况及人口学差异。结果发现:该校新生的心理健康状况相对较差,存在性别、家庭结构、报考满意度等方面的差异,是否独生子女与心理健康水平无关。同时提出课程仍然是高职院校开展心理健康教育的重要形式;心理健康教育要具有针对性;同时要加强与学生家长的联系,共同促进学生的成长和发展。

By the online evaluation method, 3554 freshmen were investigated in a higher vocational school of Guangdong province to explore mental health status and demographic differences of vocational freshman. The results show that freshman mental health status is relatively poor,There are differences in gender, family structure, school satisfaction etc. The one-child has nothing to do with the mental health level. Meanwhile concluded that curriculum is still an important form mental health education in higher vocational school;Mental health education should be targeted;Strengthen the contact with the parents of the students,to promote the growth and development of students.
