Through the analysis of transcript of English-majors' micro-teaching, this paper tries to find out the features of their teacher talk in their teaching. The following are derived:their vocabulary size complies with teaching requirements, but the token-type ration is higher than that in real classes. IRF structures, display questions and discourse feedback are over-whelmingly dominant in their teacher talk.
