In order to regulate the use of project funds, major project funded colleges and universities have to go through when concluding a financial audit, financial audit by directly determine whether the project can proceed smoothly finished. In this paper, the author comprehensive analysis of the major projects of various types of problems encountered in university audits, combined with the actual situation of university-related funds put forward management proposals.
