Since the starting of the third atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Shengli refinery, the second atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit often used steam as the stripping medium and caused the severely emulsification in fractions. Compared and analyzed the results of four industrial experiments, suitable ways and process conditions were selected and the products quality of the second atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was guaranteed, then economic profit was increased.
