通过山西省介休市某底框结构的纠偏加固工程实践,介绍了灰土桩加固地基和钻孔掏土、局部注水迫降技术的具体应用,指出在沉降大的一侧,采用灰土桩挤密地基土进行止沉;在掏土一侧局部注水使建筑物缓慢纠正,同时基底砌筑砖垛,防止掏土注水期间的突沉现象发生,且在施工完成后可防止出现反向倾斜。

Through the correction strengthening engineering practice of a bottom frame structure in Jiexiu city Shanxi province,this paper introduced the specific application of lime-soil pile consolidated subsoil,drilling dig soil and local water injection landing technology.Pointed out in the large settlement side,used the lime-soil compaction pile foundation soil to stop sedimentation,in digging soil side the local water injection to make the building slowly corrected,at the same time the basement masonried brick heaps,prevent the occurred of suddenly sink phenomenon during the earth-digging water injection process,and after the completion of construction could prevent reverse tilt.
