在全球化时代，为适应教育国际化发展的需要，深圳前海学校以卓越课堂文化建设为抓手，进行了积极有益的探索与实践。将课堂从以灌输知识为主导的“知识中心论”转变成以学生成长需要的“学生中心论”；将以往的“反对话型”的课堂文化重建为“对话型”的课堂文化，突出学生在课堂中的主体地位，实现“把时间还给学生、把空间还给学生、把主角地位还给学生”，构建“四学四导”路径。
재전구화시대，위괄응교육국제화발전적수요，심수전해학교이탁월과당문화건설위조수，진행료적겁유익적탐색여실천。장과당종이관수지식위주도적“지식중심론”전변성이학생성장수요적“학생중심론”；장이왕적“반대화형”적과당문화중건위“대화형”적과당문화，돌출학생재과당중적주체지위，실현“파시간환급학생、파공간환급학생、파주각지위환급학생”，구건“사학사도”로경。
In the era of globalization ,in order to meet the need of the development of internationalization of education , Shenzhen Qianhai School takes excellence in the classroom culture construction as the starting point ,with the exploration and practice of positive ,realizing the classroom from knowledge oriented “knowledge centered” into a growing need for “students centered” to the students;and reconstruct the classroom culture from “against the words” to “the classroom culture of dia-logue”,highlight the dominant position of students in the classroom with the realization of “the time returning to the student , the space to the students ,the leading role to students” and learning four guiles .
