目的：探讨在常规低频探头超声中加用高频探头检查对诊断急腹症的价值。方法对中下腹部疼痛的575例患者常规检查时加用高频探头扫查，对检查图像及结果进行回顾性分析总结。结果加用高频超声探头后脏器有更清晰图像，能提供较多的信息量，阳性检出率明显增高。结论在急腹症超声中选择性加用高频探头，能提高超声诊断阳性率。

목적：탐토재상규저빈탐두초성중가용고빈탐두검사대진단급복증적개치。방법대중하복부동통적575례환자상규검사시가용고빈탐두소사，대검사도상급결과진행회고성분석총결。결과가용고빈초성탐두후장기유경청석도상，능제공교다적신식량，양성검출솔명현증고。결론재급복증초성중선택성가용고빈탐두，능제고초성진단양성솔。
Objective to investigate the value of acute abdomen in conventional probe add with high frequency ultrasound probe on the diagnosis of acute abdominal pain .Methods 575 patients of middle and lower abdominal pain with high frequency probe scanning is added when routine inspection ,the check image and the Results were retrospectively analyzed .Results after add with high frequency ul-trasound probe viscera ,more clear images have appear ,positive detection rate increased significantly .Conclusion in acute abdomen ultra-sound combined with high frequency probe can improve the positive rate of ultrasonic diagnosis .
