目的：本项目旨在探究多种口腔不良习惯对成都地区儿童错牙合畸形的影响，为预防错牙合畸形及进行正畸治疗提供一定的参考依据。方法随机选取成都市区不同小学3所及华西口腔医院正畸治疗儿童，共发放问卷450份做问卷调查，同时对被调查对象进行错颌畸形检查。结果嚼口香糖习惯，咬手指习惯，吐舌，偏侧咀嚼等在错牙合畸形儿童中发生率明显高于正常儿童（P＜0.05），且不良习惯发生率存在性别差异，男生普遍高于女生．其中，以舌碰齿，偏侧咀嚼，嚼口香糖等在成都地区儿童中的发生率尤为高。结论口腔不良习惯在错牙合畸形儿童中发生率明显高于正常儿童，且家长以及儿童并未完全了解口腔不良习惯与错牙合畸形的关系，应加强对错牙合畸形的宣传教育及矫治工作．

Objective This project aims to explore the relationship between children’s bad oral habits and malocclusion in Chengdu , which can provide reference for malocclusion prevention and orthodontic treatment .Methods total of 450 questionnaires were sent out to students randomly selected from 3 primary schools .Results The rate of gum-chewing ,finger-sucking ,asymmetrical chewing and so on in children with malocclusion are significantly higher than that of normal children (P<0.05) .And the rate of bad habits has gender differ-ences ,which in boys is generally higher than that in girls .Among the bad oral habits ,tongue thrusting ,asymmetrical chewing ,gum-che-wing ,etc in Chengdu is especially high .Conclusion The rate of bad oral habits in children with malocclusion are significantly higher than that in normal children .Besides ,parents and children didn’t know the relationship of bad oral habits and malocclusion .So we should im-prove the education of malocclusion prevention and orthodontic treatment .
