目的：分析研究肾癌行后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术后的护理。方法我院在2013年3月至2013年8月期间共收治38例肾癌患者，均行后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术进行治疗，并给予基础病情观察、心理、饮食、并发症、出院指导等术后护理，总结分析治疗效果及术后护理成效。结果所有患者均成功实施后腹腔镜肾癌根治术，成功率为100％。经过术后护理，术后未输血，且无一例中转至开放手术。共有8例出现不同程度并发症，发生率为21.05％，经过对症支持治疗及等护理后，均在3天内恢复。通过术后心理护理，患者的焦虑抑郁等心理问题明显改善，与护理前相比具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在腹腔镜下肾癌根治术治疗的基础上，给予系统化的术后护理，可保障患者恢复良好，减少并发症发生率，明显减轻痛苦，改善患者心理状态，具有重要的临床应用价值。
목적：분석연구신암행후복강경하신암근치술후적호리。방법아원재2013년3월지2013년8월기간공수치38례신암환자，균행후복강경하신암근치술진행치료，병급여기출병정관찰、심리、음식、병발증、출원지도등술후호리，총결분석치료효과급술후호리성효。결과소유환자균성공실시후복강경신암근치술，성공솔위100％。경과술후호리，술후미수혈，차무일례중전지개방수술。공유8례출현불동정도병발증，발생솔위21.05％，경과대증지지치료급등호리후，균재3천내회복。통과술후심리호리，환자적초필억욱등심리문제명현개선，여호리전상비구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론재복강경하신암근치술치료적기출상，급여계통화적술후호리，가보장환자회복량호，감소병발증발생솔，명현감경통고，개선환자심리상태，구유중요적림상응용개치。
Objective To analysis the postoperative care of renal cell carcinoma after laparoscopic radical nephrectomy .Methods During March to August in 2013 ,38 patients with kidney cancer treated by laparoscopic kidney cancer radical cure ,and given basis ,psychological ,diet , complications ,and discharge guidance and so on .Summary analysis the treatment effect and postoperative nursing .Results All patients were suc-cessfully treated by laparoscopic kidney cancer radical cure ,the success rate was 100% .After postoperative nursing ,with no postoperative blood transfusion ,and no case transferred to open surgery .A total of 8 cases had different level complications ,the rate was 21.05% ,after given symp-tomatic support treatment and nursing ,all recovered in 3 days .Through the psychological nursing ,anxiety ,depression and other psychological prob-lems had been improved ,compared with before treatment with statistical significance (P< 0.05) .Conclusion on the basis of after laparoscopic radical nephrectomy ,systematic postoperative nursing can guarantee patients recovered well ,reduce the incidence of complications ,significantly re-duce pain ,improve patients psychological status .So it has the important value in clinical application .
