目的：观察综合疗法对重型蜂蜇伤的临床效果。方法对36例重型蜂蜇伤患者入院后给予局部处理、抗过敏、糖皮质激素、血液透析或血液灌流、抗感染等综合治疗。结果通过综合疗法救治，痊愈31例（存活率86.11％），死亡3例，放弃治疗2例。结论蜂蛰伤可导致人体多脏器功能损害，其中以肾脏损害最常见。目前尚无特异性治疗，综合疗法可挽救患者生命。
목적：관찰종합요법대중형봉철상적림상효과。방법대36례중형봉철상환자입원후급여국부처리、항과민、당피질격소、혈액투석혹혈액관류、항감염등종합치료。결과통과종합요법구치，전유31례（존활솔86.11％），사망3례，방기치료2례。결론봉칩상가도치인체다장기공능손해，기중이신장손해최상견。목전상무특이성치료，종합요법가만구환자생명。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy for severe bee sting .Methods 36 patients with severe bee sting patients were treated with local treatment ,anti allergic ,glucocorticoid ,hemodialysis and hemoperfusion ,anti infection treatment . Results by comprehensive therapy ,31 cases were cured (86.11% survival rate) ,3 cases of death ,2 cases gave up treatment .Conclusion the bee sting injury can lead to human multi organ damage ,the most common renal damage .At present there is no specific treatment ,compre-hensive therapy can save the lives of patients .
