目的：讨论中西医结合对烧伤患者的临床效果及对患者进行治疗观察。方法将134例入选者按年龄、伤情分为 A组69例，B组65例，对 A、B两组患者分别采用不同的治疗方法，进行对比分析，对 A 组患者进行中西医结合的治疗方法，对 B组患者单纯采用西医治疗方法。结果 A组总有效率为94.2％，B组总有效率为75.38％，两组比较具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗中采用中西医结合治疗的效果好于单纯采用一种方法的治疗效果。

목적：토론중서의결합대소상환자적림상효과급대환자진행치료관찰。방법장134례입선자안년령、상정분위 A조69례，B조65례，대 A、B량조환자분별채용불동적치료방법，진행대비분석，대 A 조환자진행중서의결합적치료방법，대 B조환자단순채용서의치료방법。결과 A조총유효솔위94.2％，B조총유효솔위75.38％，량조비교구유통계학의의。결론재림상치료중채용중서의결합치료적효과호우단순채용일충방법적치료효과。
Objective Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine on the clinical effect of burn patients ,and treatment of patients with observation .Methods 134 patients enrolled according to age ,injury can be divided into A ,B two groups ,respectively to A ,B two groups of patients with different treatment methods ,were contrasted and analyzed .Methods of traditional Chinese medicine and western medi-cine for patients of group A ,the B group of patients with pure western medicine treatment methods .Results A group of patients after treat-ment of the average effect is significantly better than group B patients .Conclusion Adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in the clinical treatment effect is better than simply using a method of treatment effect .
