目的：观察星状神经阻滞联合穴位注射治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选择肩周炎患者64例，随机分为对照组（A 组）和治疗组（B组）。 A组（n＝32）采用穴位注射治疗。B组在穴位注射治疗基础上，采用星状神经节阻滞治疗（n＝32）。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS法），分别评估治疗前、治疗后1周、疗程结束时及疗程结束后3月的VAS评分，以及伴随症状的改善情况。结果治疗后1周、疗程结束时及结束后3月时，两组 VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.01），但B组上述时间点的 VAS评分较 A 组显著降低（P＜0.01）。结论星状神经节阻滞联合穴位注射治疗肩周炎有明显的疗效。

목적：관찰성상신경조체연합혈위주사치료견주염적림상료효。방법선택견주염환자64례，수궤분위대조조（A 조）화치료조（B조）。 A조（n＝32）채용혈위주사치료。B조재혈위주사치료기출상，채용성상신경절조체치료（n＝32）。채용시각모의평분법（VAS법），분별평고치료전、치료후1주、료정결속시급료정결속후3월적VAS평분，이급반수증상적개선정황。결과치료후1주、료정결속시급결속후3월시，량조 VAS평분균교치료전명현강저（P＜0.01），단B조상술시간점적 VAS평분교 A 조현저강저（P＜0.01）。결론성상신경절조체연합혈위주사치료견주염유명현적료효。
Objective To explore the effect and safety of stellate ganglion block combined with point injection in the treatment of Scapulohumeral periarthritis .Methods 64 patients with PHN were randomly divided into control group (group A ,n=32) and treatment group (group B ,n=32) .Patients in the group A was only received point injection ,while patients in the group B was received stellate gan-glion block on the basis of medication .VAS evaluation ,patients’ subjective evaluation was assessed before treatment ,one week after treatment ,treatment finished and three months after treatment .Results Compared with pretreatment ,VAS significantly decreased at 1 week after treatment、treatment finished and 3 months after treatment in both groups (P<0.01) .Compared with the group A ,VAS in the group B was significantly lower at 1 week after treatment、treatment finished and 3 months after treatment (P<0.01) .Conclusion stellate ganglion block combined with point injection has a significant effect on Scapulohumeral periarthritis .
