目的：探讨经皮肾穿刺标准通道I期超声气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂肾结石的可行性和安全性。方法对120例复杂肾结石均采用经皮肾镜标准通道I期超声气压弹道碎石术（PCNL）。结果结石一次取净105例，取净率90％，术中无肾输尿管穿孔及大出血等并发症，6例术后出血，其中4例保守治愈，另2例经肾动脉造影和超选择性动脉栓塞治愈。15例有残留结石，13例行二期微通道经皮肾取石术（MPCNL）治愈，2例随访。结论经皮肾标准通道I期超声气压弹道碎石术治疗复杂肾结石具有创伤小，操作安全，结石取净率高等优点，只要选择病例适当，掌握好手术适应症，熟练手术技巧，是值得推广的可行方法。

Objective To assess the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive and standard single-tract percutaneous nephrolithoto-my (PCNL) in treatment of complex kidney calculi .Methods Twenty patients with complex kidney calculi treated by standard percutane-ous nephrolithotomy from July 2007 to July 2012 were retrospectively investigated .Results There were 18 cases (90 % ) showed stone free after treated with standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy .2 cases with residual stones were healed second stage by Minimally invasive and percutaneous nephrolithotomy .No major complications were noted in these patients except for 2 cases with hemorrhage .Conclusion Stand-ard percutaneous nephrolithotomy with single tract is safe and effective in treating complex kidney .
