目的：探讨酵母多糖作为饲料添加剂对鲤鱼摄食速度的影响，为今后以动物作为实验对象所进行的，有关饲料添加剂的相关研究提供实验基础。方法采用超声破碎酵母菌，提取酵母菌中多糖作为饲料添加剂，实验鲤鱼适应性喂养2周后，对照组投喂基础鱼饲料，实验组投喂添加0.1％酵母多糖饲料，每日投喂饲料的量为其体重的2％，每天投喂2次（在9：00、20：00），每次投喂1小时后取出残饵，残饵烘干称重，进而计算出鲤鱼的摄食速度。同时，通过测定鲤鱼的体重增重率和体长增长率，从侧面反映鲤鱼摄食速度增加的效应。结果基础饲料中添加酵母多糖后，鲤鱼的摄食速度明显加快，体重增重率和体长增长率明显提高。结论以酵母多糖作为饲料添加剂，可加速鲤鱼的摄食，从而影响鲤鱼的生长性能。
목적：탐토효모다당작위사료첨가제대리어섭식속도적영향，위금후이동물작위실험대상소진행적，유관사료첨가제적상관연구제공실험기출。방법채용초성파쇄효모균，제취효모균중다당작위사료첨가제，실험리어괄응성위양2주후，대조조투위기출어사료，실험조투위첨가0.1％효모다당사료，매일투위사료적량위기체중적2％，매천투위2차（재9：00、20：00），매차투위1소시후취출잔이，잔이홍간칭중，진이계산출리어적섭식속도。동시，통과측정리어적체중증중솔화체장증장솔，종측면반영리어섭식속도증가적효응。결과기출사료중첨가효모다당후，리어적섭식속도명현가쾌，체중증중솔화체장증장솔명현제고。결론이효모다당작위사료첨가제，가가속리어적섭식，종이영향리어적생장성능。
Objective Study of Yeast Polysaccharides (YPS) as a feed additive for carp feeding velocity for future experiments on animals , carried out by an object ,the feed additive research provides an experimental method of guidance .Methods Using ultrasonic extraction of yeast polysaccharides as feed additives ,test adaptation domesticated carp 2 weeks in the control group fed basic feed ,the experimental group fed 0.1%added yeast polysaccharide feed ,daily Boss 2 are 2% of body weight per days in 9 :00 ,20:00 feeding 2 times ,each time out after 1h of feeding bait , bait dry weighing ,and then calculate the speed of carp feeding .At the same time ,by measuring the weight of carp weight gain rate and body length growth rate of carp from the side to reflect the effects of feeding rate of increase .Results Add yeast polysaccharide-based feed ,the carp feeding notably fast pace ,and thus the performance of weight gain in body weight and body length growth rate increase .Conclusion With Yeast Polysaccharides (YPS) as feed additives ,can accelerate the carp feeding ,thus affecting the growth performance of carp .
