目的:探讨护理科研教学中基于能力培养的科研课程设计与实践方法。方法对2009级护理本科学生51名进行护理科研教学时,课程设计与实施以培养学员各项能力为基础,提高其科研素质,课程结束后,采用自编问卷调查其科研能力提升的自评结果。结果学员对文献查阅能力、质疑能力、自主学习能力、评判性思维能力、研究性学习能力、团队协作能力提高的符合程度分别达到了82.4%~98.0%。结论基于能力培养的护理科研课程设计与实施方案促进了学生能力的提升和科研意识的增强,具有较强的激励效应,值得推广。

목적:탐토호이과연교학중기우능력배양적과연과정설계여실천방법。방법대2009급호리본과학생51명진행호이과연교학시,과정설계여실시이배양학원각항능력위기출,제고기과연소질,과정결속후,채용자편문권조사기과연능력제승적자평결과。결과학원대문헌사열능력、질의능력、자주학습능력、평판성사유능력、연구성학습능력、단대협작능력제고적부합정도분별체도료82.4%~98.0%。결론기우능력배양적호이과연과정설계여실시방안촉진료학생능력적제승화과연의식적증강,구유교강적격려효응,치득추엄。
Objective To explore the nursing scientific research teaching based on the research of cultivating the ability of curriculum design and practice method .Methods Nursing scientific research and teaching on 51 nursing undergraduate students Of grade 2009 ,to improve the quality of their scientific research ,curriculum design and implementation are based on cultivating students'various abilities .After the course ,the promotion of scientific research ability is evaluated by using the self-made questionnaire survey .Results The improvement of students'ability of the litera-ture review ,query ability ,self-learning ability ,critical thinking ability ,inquiry learning ability and team cooperation ability ,the degree of corre-spondence is 82.4% -98.0% respectively .Conclusion Nursing scientific research course design and implementation plan which based on the abili-ty training are promoted the ability of the students and enhanced .
