目的：探讨电针结合肩胛控制训练对偏瘫患者肩痛及上肢功能的影响。方法将98例脑卒中患者随机分为3组，电针组采用单纯电针治疗（31例）、肩胛控制训练组采用单纯肩胛控制训练治疗（33例）、电针结合肩胛控制训练组（结合组）采用电针和肩胛控制训练联合治疗（34例），疗程持续2个月，并分别于治疗前和治疗后对各组患者的上肢功能及肩痛程度进行评定。结果电针组、肩胛控制训练组、结合组肩痛评分（VAS）分别下降了35.07％、35.05％、48.77％，上肢功能评分（FMA）分别提高了91.58％、96.77％、159.27％其差异均有显著性（P＜0.05）；结合组分别与电针组和肩胛控制训练组评分比较，VAS下降更明显（48.77％ vs 35.07％、35.05％，P＜0.05），FMA结合组明显提高（159.27％vs 91.58％、96.77％，P＜0.05），结合组疗效优于其他两组。结论电针结合肩胛控制训练能更好地缓解偏瘫患者的肩痛症状、改善上肢功能和促进正常运动模式的恢复。
목적：탐토전침결합견갑공제훈련대편탄환자견통급상지공능적영향。방법장98례뇌졸중환자수궤분위3조，전침조채용단순전침치료（31례）、견갑공제훈련조채용단순견갑공제훈련치료（33례）、전침결합견갑공제훈련조（결합조）채용전침화견갑공제훈련연합치료（34례），료정지속2개월，병분별우치료전화치료후대각조환자적상지공능급견통정도진행평정。결과전침조、견갑공제훈련조、결합조견통평분（VAS）분별하강료35.07％、35.05％、48.77％，상지공능평분（FMA）분별제고료91.58％、96.77％、159.27％기차이균유현저성（P＜0.05）；결합조분별여전침조화견갑공제훈련조평분비교，VAS하강경명현（48.77％ vs 35.07％、35.05％，P＜0.05），FMA결합조명현제고（159.27％vs 91.58％、96.77％，P＜0.05），결합조료효우우기타량조。결론전침결합견갑공제훈련능경호지완해편탄환자적견통증상、개선상지공능화촉진정상운동모식적회복。
Objective To explore the effects of electroacupuncture combined with scapular control training on shoulder pain and upper limbs function in patients with hemiplegia .Methods 98 patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into 3 groups ,electroacupuncture group with 31 cases ,33 cases of scapular group ,were respectively treated with simple electroacupuncture and simple control training of scapula ,electroacu-puncture scapular group of 34 cases by electroacupuncture and scapular control training for .Before treatment and after 2 months of treatment ,each group of patients with upper limb function and shoulder pain degree were assessed .Results Each group before and after treatment were signifi-cantly different (P<0.05) ,there was a significant difference between the groups after the treatment (P<0.05) ,electroacupuncture and scapular control training group was better than the other two groups .Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with scapular control training was effective on the function of upper limbs and the pain of shoulder in hemiplegia patients .
