目的：观察心理护理对心肌梗塞后抑郁临床疗效的影响。方法将56例心肌梗塞后抑郁患者分为常规药物组（简称药物治疗组）、常规药物加心理护理组（简称心理护理组），每组均为28例。两组均十二周为1疗程，观察用药前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分情况。结果药物治疗组、心理护理组总有效率分别为78.57％、85.71％，心理护理组治疗心肌梗塞后抑郁疗效优药物治疗组。结论常规药物加心理护理干预心肌梗塞后抑郁是一种较好的治疗方法，心理护理在心肌梗塞后抑郁治疗中发挥了重要作用。
목적：관찰심리호리대심기경새후억욱림상료효적영향。방법장56례심기경새후억욱환자분위상규약물조（간칭약물치료조）、상규약물가심리호리조（간칭심리호리조），매조균위28례。량조균십이주위1료정，관찰용약전후한밀이돈억욱량표평분정황。결과약물치료조、심리호리조총유효솔분별위78.57％、85.71％，심리호리조치료심기경새후억욱료효우약물치료조。결론상규약물가심리호리간예심기경새후억욱시일충교호적치료방법，심리호리재심기경새후억욱치료중발휘료중요작용。
Objectiave To explore the curative effect of mental nursing on depression after myocardial infarction .Methods The total was 56 case of the patients with the depression after myocardial infarction was randomly signed into two groups :drug-treatment group (treated with Deanxit 3 tablet bid po) ,drug-treatment plus mental nursing group (tredted with Deanxit plus mental nursing ,the dosage as the same as above mentionend) ,the course of treatment was 12 weeks in two groups .treatment efficacy was evaluated with hamilton depressive scale in before treat-ment and after 1-,6-and 12-week treatment .Results The curative effect of the two group were 78.57 % (Deanxit-treatment group)、85.71%(Deanxit plus mental nursing group) ,respectively .Conclusion The curative effect of Deanxit plus mental nursing is superior to that of Deanxit-treatment on depression after myocardial infarction .(P<0.05) .
