目的：探讨老年冠心病伴糖尿病行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者的围手术期护理要点。方法对72例60以上冠心病伴糖尿病患者行冠状动脉旁路移植术的围术期护理要点进行回顾性分析。结果本组冠心病伴糖尿病患者痊愈出院，平均住院20.4 d ，术后心绞痛消失，生活质量明显改善。结论围手术期正确调控血糖、严密的监护及高质量的护理，可预防和减少并发症，降低死亡率，可有效帮助患者安全度过围手术期。
目的：探討老年冠心病伴糖尿病行冠狀動脈徬路移植術患者的圍手術期護理要點。方法對72例60以上冠心病伴糖尿病患者行冠狀動脈徬路移植術的圍術期護理要點進行迴顧性分析。結果本組冠心病伴糖尿病患者痊愈齣院，平均住院20.4 d ，術後心絞痛消失，生活質量明顯改善。結論圍手術期正確調控血糖、嚴密的鑑護及高質量的護理，可預防和減少併髮癥，降低死亡率，可有效幫助患者安全度過圍手術期。
목적：탐토노년관심병반당뇨병행관상동맥방로이식술환자적위수술기호리요점。방법대72례60이상관심병반당뇨병환자행관상동맥방로이식술적위술기호리요점진행회고성분석。결과본조관심병반당뇨병환자전유출원，평균주원20.4 d ，술후심교통소실，생활질량명현개선。결론위수술기정학조공혈당、엄밀적감호급고질량적호리，가예방화감소병발증，강저사망솔，가유효방조환자안전도과위수술기。
Abjective To investigate the elderly coronary heart disease with diabetes mellitus patients with coronary artery bypass transplan-tation of perioperative nursing points .Methods Here are 72 cases of coronary heart disease patients with diabetes with over 60 coronary artery by-pass transplantation of perioperative nursing points that were retrospectively analyzed .Result This group of patients with diabetes with coronary heart disease (CHD) discharged from the hospital ,the average hospitalization is 20.4 d ,postoperative angina disappeared ,the quality of their life was improved significantly .Conclusion The perioperative correct control of blood sugar ,rigorous monitoring ,and high quality of care are supposed to prevent and reduce the complications and lower the mortality rate ,which can effectively help perioperative patients safely .
