目的：观察舍曲林单用与龙鹿胶囊合用治疗原发性早泄的疗效。方法收集我院泌尿外科门诊原发性早泄患者226例，随机分成2组，对照组11例，口服舍曲林，50 mg ，1次/日。试验组115例，口服舍曲林，50 mg ，1次/日，龙鹿胶囊，3粒，口服，3次/日。连续治疗3个月，对患者性生活满意度评分、配偶性生活满意度评分、阴道内射精潜伏期及副作用等进行对比分析。结果治疗后两组各项观察指标均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05），而试验组治疗后较对照组各项观察指标改善更明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组出现性欲减退3例（2.7％），阴茎勃起功能彰碍（ED ）2例（1.8％）。试验组没有出现性欲减退及ED。结论龙鹿胶囊与舍曲林合用治疗原发性早泄较单用舍曲林的临床有效率更高，且可避免舍曲林副作用。
목적：관찰사곡림단용여룡록효낭합용치료원발성조설적료효。방법수집아원비뇨외과문진원발성조설환자226례，수궤분성2조，대조조11례，구복사곡림，50 mg ，1차/일。시험조115례，구복사곡림，50 mg ，1차/일，룡록효낭，3립，구복，3차/일。련속치료3개월，대환자성생활만의도평분、배우성생활만의도평분、음도내사정잠복기급부작용등진행대비분석。결과치료후량조각항관찰지표균교치료전명현개선（P＜0.05），이시험조치료후교대조조각항관찰지표개선경명현，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。대조조출현성욕감퇴3례（2.7％），음경발기공능창애（ED ）2례（1.8％）。시험조몰유출현성욕감퇴급ED。결론룡록효낭여사곡림합용치료원발성조설교단용사곡림적림상유효솔경고，차가피면사곡림부작용。
Objective To explore the effect of Sertraline alone or combined with Long-Lu capsule for primary premature ejaculation (PE) . Methods 26 primary PE patients were randomly divided into two groups ,111 patients in control group were given Sertraline (50mg) by oral one time daily ,115 patients in experimental group were given Long-Lu capsules (0.6g) by oral three time daily .The courses of treatment in both groups were 3 months .The patients’ sexual satisfaction scores ,spouses’ sexual satisfaction scores ,intravaginal ejaculation latency and side effects were analyzed .Results The observed indicators after treatment were increased significantly (P<0.05) in both groups ,the observed indicators of treatment group improved more significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05) .In control group ,decreased libido occurred In 3 cases (2.7% ) ,erectile dysfunction (ED) occurred In 2 patients (1.8% ) .There were no decreased libido and ED cases in experimental group .Conclusion Sertraline combined with LongLu capsule is highly efficacious for primary PE than sertraline alone ,and can avoid the side effects of sertraline .
