目的：分析采取中西医结合方案治疗小儿过敏性紫癜可以取得的临床疗效。方法将52例小儿过敏性紫癜患者随机分为 A、B两组，其中A组使用中西医结合方案，B组使用单纯西药方案，将AB两组的临床疗效对比分析。结果 A组总有效率高于B组，差异存在统计学意义。结论临床选择中西医结合方案对小儿过敏性紫癜进行治疗，可以取得良好的疗效，并且患儿的预后情况明显。

목적：분석채취중서의결합방안치료소인과민성자전가이취득적림상료효。방법장52례소인과민성자전환자수궤분위 A、B량조，기중A조사용중서의결합방안，B조사용단순서약방안，장AB량조적림상료효대비분석。결과 A조총유효솔고우B조，차이존재통계학의의。결론림상선택중서의결합방안대소인과민성자전진행치료，가이취득량호적료효，병차환인적예후정황명현。
Objective To analyse to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine scheme can obtain the clinical efficacy of treatment of pediatric allergic purpura .Methods 52 cases of pediatric allergic purpura patients will be divided into the AB two groups at random ,which use combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group A ,group B with pure western medicine scheme ,the AB two groups of clinical curative effect of comparative analysis .Results The total effective rate in group A than group B ,the difference there is statistical significance .Conclusion Clinical choose scheme which combines traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine treatment of pediatric allergic purpura ,can achieve good curative effect ,and the patient's prognosis .
