目的：观察非急症手术术前运用平车与轮椅转运对患者心理影响。方法将2938例患者分为自行选择组与实验对照组两大组进行比较，观察平车与轮椅转运在患者的选择率及生理不良反应发生情况，从而判断优势组。结果轮椅转运在两组试验中均为优势组。结论轮椅更适合转运非急症手术术前患者。
목적：관찰비급증수술술전운용평차여륜의전운대환자심리영향。방법장2938례환자분위자행선택조여실험대조조량대조진행비교，관찰평차여륜의전운재환자적선택솔급생리불량반응발생정황，종이판단우세조。결과륜의전운재량조시험중균위우세조。결론륜의경괄합전운비급증수술술전환자。
Objective To observe the mental influence of using flatcar and wheelchair to non emergency operation preoperative patients . Methods Choosing 2938 patients were divided into control group and experimental group to compare ,to observe the car and wheelchair transport occurred in patient selection rate and physiological reactions ,to judge the advantage group .Results The wheelchair transport in the two experi-ments are the dominant group .Conclusion The wheelchair is more suitable for transport non emergency operation preoperative patients .
