目的：探究脑血管狭窄患者介入治疗后并发症原因分析及护理。方法将我院2011年1月～2012年4月收治的43例脑血管狭窄病患作为研究对象，对他们采用介入治疗（支架植入术）之后，有11例发生了并发症，类型为颈动脉窦反应（3）、穿刺部位出血（2）、脑过度灌注综合征（3）、脑血管痉挛（3）。针对这11例并发症病患发病原因进行分析，并采取对症措施加以护理，并对疗效进行观察总结。结果11例并发症病患经过了对症护理之后，恢复状况良好，并未出现其它并发症。结论针对脑血管狭窄病患介入治疗后出现了并发症，我们应及时对并发症原因进行分析，在掌握并发症因的前提下采取对症的护理，方能有效避免其它并发症的发生，提高病患的恢复效果。
목적：탐구뇌혈관협착환자개입치료후병발증원인분석급호리。방법장아원2011년1월～2012년4월수치적43례뇌혈관협착병환작위연구대상，대타문채용개입치료（지가식입술）지후，유11례발생료병발증，류형위경동맥두반응（3）、천자부위출혈（2）、뇌과도관주종합정（3）、뇌혈관경련（3）。침대저11례병발증병환발병원인진행분석，병채취대증조시가이호리，병대료효진행관찰총결。결과11례병발증병환경과료대증호리지후，회복상황량호，병미출현기타병발증。결론침대뇌혈관협착병환개입치료후출현료병발증，아문응급시대병발증원인진행분석，재장악병발증인적전제하채취대증적호리，방능유효피면기타병발증적발생，제고병환적회복효과。
Objective To explore the patients with cerebral vascular stenosis interventional treatment of complications after analysis and nursing .Methods in our hospital in 2011 January ~2012 year in April 43 cases of cerebral vascular stenosis patients as the research object ,inter-ventional treatment on their use (stenting) ,11 cases occurred complications ,type of carotid sinus reactions (3) ,bleeding at the puncture sites (2) ,brain excessive perfusion comprehensive sign (3) ,cerebral vasospasm (3) .According to the 11 cases of complications of disease cause analy-sis ,and adopting measures to care ,and to observe the curative effect of summary .Results 11 cases of complications of patients after symptomatic nursing ,recovery in good condition ,not other complications .Conclusion The cerebral vascular stenosis patients after interventional treatment complications arise ,we should promptly to the complication causes ,symptomatic nursing on complications due to the precondition to master ,can effectively avoid other complications ,improve patient recovery effect .
