利用半经验公式,对废旧纤维再生纺织品制备的蜂窝夹层复合材料的蜂窝高度、蜂格边长及蜂窝芯厚度分别与蜂窝结构导热性之间的关系进行理论预测。预测值与实验测定值进行比较,结果表明,预测值与实验测定值基本一致,所以可以通过数值计算的方法为废旧纤维再生纺织品蜂窝夹层复合材料的蜂窝芯子几何尺寸的设计提供参考。
利用半經驗公式,對廢舊纖維再生紡織品製備的蜂窩夾層複閤材料的蜂窩高度、蜂格邊長及蜂窩芯厚度分彆與蜂窩結構導熱性之間的關繫進行理論預測。預測值與實驗測定值進行比較,結果錶明,預測值與實驗測定值基本一緻,所以可以通過數值計算的方法為廢舊纖維再生紡織品蜂窩夾層複閤材料的蜂窩芯子幾何呎吋的設計提供參攷。

The relationship between thermal conductivity of honeycomb sandwich composite made from recycled waste fiber and it ’ s thickness of the honeycomb core ,side length of the ho-neycomb cell ,thickness of the honeycomb wall was e-valuated by semi-empirical formula .And then the predicted values and the measured value were compared by us ,found that they are roughly equal to each other .So as the result we can conclude that the semi-empirical formula can be used to evalu-ate the thermal conductivity of honeycomb sandwich composite which was made from recycled waste fiber ,and provide a ref-erence to it’s physical size’s designation in the future.
