本文从激光扫描技术的优势和特点出发,结合复合材料在设计和制造上的特点,介绍了应用激光扫描技术来完成形面复杂和薄壁易变形的复合材料制品的准确检测。对国内外常用的接触式三坐标测量机和非接触式激光扫描测量机的数据点采集方式进行比较,通过对比得出激光扫描技术可更适合复合材料制品的检测和开发。

In this paper ,the application of laser scanning technology was introduced to accurately detect the thin -walled deformable composite products of complex shape according to advantages and features of the laser scanning technology and the characteristics of composite materials in the design and manufacturing .Collection methods for data points of domestic and foreign common contacted coordinate measuring machine and a non-contacted laser scanning measuring machine were compared.The results show that laser scanning technology is more suitable for the detection and development of composite products.
