通过对常用的含砷废水处理工艺比较,确定采用两级混凝沉淀工艺处理硫酸生产过程中产生的含砷废水。运行结果表明,处理后出水中砷为0.3 mg/L,SS为35 mg/L,F为7 mg/L,砷、SS 和 F 的去除率分别达到了95.6%、97.1%和96.8%。出水水质稳定并达到排放标准。

Based on the comparison of common arsenic wastewater treatment process to determine the use of co-agulation sedimentation of two-stages to treat the wastewater containing arsenic precipitates produced during the production of sulfuric acid. The result showed that the treated effluent arsenic was 0. 3 mg/L, SS is 35 mg/L, F is 7 mg/L. The removal of Arsenic, SS, and F are 95. 6%, 97. 1% and 96. 8% respectively. Water quali-ty is stabile that meets the emission standards.
