天然地基在高层建筑中具有十分重要的研究和应用价值。基于郑州市某高层建筑,通过计算、浅层平板载荷试验验算及校核等手段对基础选型进行研究,研究表明:当基础型式为主裙楼均用筏板基础时,可采用天然地基,地基承载力和沉降满足规范要求;并通过现场监测进行验证。监测结果表明:建筑物沉降值均在规范允许范围内,并且基本不存在差异沉降,同时具有较好的经济效益,可为类似工程提供参考。

The application of the natural foundation in high-rise building has its value of research and applica-tion. Based on practice of some high-rise buildings in Zhengzhou city, foundation type selection and optimizing are carried out through comparison of the calculation, the superficial plate load test and checking. It is found that the natural foundation may be adopted when the foundation for main building and auxiliary buildings are all raft foundation, and the ground bearing capacity and settlement satisfy the standard requirements. At the same time, the monitoring result proves that the settlement of the building range in the standard allowable val-ue, and the differential settlement do not exceed the limitation, which has good economic performance.
