Radix Millettiae Speciosae%anti-fatigue%anti-stress%Chinese herb
目的:探讨中药牛大力的抗运动性疲劳和抗应激作用.方法:采用SPF级昆明雄性小鼠作为实验对象,设立牛大力低(5g·kg-1)、中(10g·kg-1)、高(20g·kg-1)剂量组和阴性对照组.适应性饲养7d后,每天固定时间内用牛大力水煎液给各剂量组小鼠灌胃,阴性对照组给予生理盐水,连续14 d.末次给药1h后分别对小鼠进行负重游泳试验、耐缺氧试验、耐低温试验以及耐高温试验,并统计各实验中小鼠的平均存活时间.结果:牛大力能够显著延长小鼠在负重游泳试验,耐缺氧试验,耐低温试验,耐高温试验中的存活时间(P<0.01);且随着牛大力水煎液浓度的增大,小鼠的存活时间也相对延长,呈剂量-反应关系.结论:牛大力具有一定的抗运动性疲劳和抗应激作用.

목적:탐토중약우대력적항운동성피로화항응격작용.방법:채용SPF급곤명웅성소서작위실험대상,설립우대력저(5g·kg-1)、중(10g·kg-1)、고(20g·kg-1)제량조화음성대조조.괄응성사양7d후,매천고정시간내용우대력수전액급각제량조소서관위,음성대조조급여생리염수,련속14 d.말차급약1h후분별대소서진행부중유영시험、내결양시험、내저온시험이급내고온시험,병통계각실험중소서적평균존활시간.결과:우대력능구현저연장소서재부중유영시험,내결양시험,내저온시험,내고온시험중적존활시간(P<0.01);차수착우대력수전액농도적증대,소서적존활시간야상대연장,정제량-반응관계.결론:우대력구유일정적항운동성피로화항응격작용.
Objective: To study the anti-fatigue and anti-stress function of Radix Millettiae Speciosae in Mice. Methods Established 7 Radix Millettiae Speciosae dose groups with low(5g·kg-1), medium(10g·kg-1) , high(20g·kg-1)and negative control group by the SPF male mice. The mice after adaptive raise for 3 days, the negative control group were given normal saline, and the Radix Millettiae Speciosae dose groups were given orally given aqueous extracts of 5,10,20g·kg-1 from Radix Millettiae Speciosae for 14 consecutive days. After the last dosed, the mice performed weight loading swimming test, hypoxia tolerance test, low temperature resistance test and high temperature resistance test, and statistics the average survival time of mice in these test. Results:Compared with control group, the Radix Millettiae Speciosae could significantly prolong the survival time in weight loading swimming test, hypoxia tolerance test, low temperature resistance test and high temperature resistance test(P<0.01), As the dose increased, the mice survival time was prolonged. Conclusion:The Radix Millettiae Speciosae has the effects of anti-fatigue and anti-stress.
