通过室内试验分析研究了不同橡胶粉掺量对基质沥青的改性效果,分析了橡胶沥青的高温性能,水稳定性,耐久性性能指标。结果表明:在试验范围内,轮胎橡胶粉能显著提高沥青混合料的高温性能,轮胎橡胶粉掺量越高,混合料的高温性能越好;橡胶沥青混合料的残留稳定度要比基质沥青混合料有所提高,体现了橡胶沥青较好的抵抗水损害的能力;橡胶粉改性沥青的耐老化性能也有了一定的提高。
通過室內試驗分析研究瞭不同橡膠粉摻量對基質瀝青的改性效果,分析瞭橡膠瀝青的高溫性能,水穩定性,耐久性性能指標。結果錶明:在試驗範圍內,輪胎橡膠粉能顯著提高瀝青混閤料的高溫性能,輪胎橡膠粉摻量越高,混閤料的高溫性能越好;橡膠瀝青混閤料的殘留穩定度要比基質瀝青混閤料有所提高,體現瞭橡膠瀝青較好的牴抗水損害的能力;橡膠粉改性瀝青的耐老化性能也有瞭一定的提高。
통과실내시험분석연구료불동상효분참량대기질력청적개성효과,분석료상효력청적고온성능,수은정성,내구성성능지표。결과표명:재시험범위내,륜태상효분능현저제고력청혼합료적고온성능,륜태상효분참량월고,혼합료적고온성능월호;상효력청혼합료적잔류은정도요비기질력청혼합료유소제고,체현료상효력청교호적저항수손해적능력;상효분개성력청적내노화성능야유료일정적제고。
The effect of crumb rubber with different contents on the performance of asphalt rubber was studied through a series of tests .The high temperature performance , water stability , durability performance of rubber as-phalt were analyzed .The results show that rubber powder can remarkably improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture .The higher tire rubber powder content , the better the performance of the high temperature of mixture.The residual stability of rubber asphalt mixture was better than the matrix asphalt mixture 's, which embod-ies the rubber asphalt has good resistance for water damage .Rubber powder modified asphalt aging resistance per-formance was improved .
