针对传统污泥固化方法中固化污泥体易收缩开裂等问题,基于骨架构造原理,用煤矸石作为骨料,加入水泥、生石灰、粉煤灰等固化材料,按照不同配比对污泥进行一系列的固化实验。考察了在28 d养护龄期污泥固化结实体的开裂与收缩特性。研究表明加入煤矸石作为骨料能有效地抑制固化污泥的收缩与开裂,生石灰能抑制开裂,粉煤灰对污泥固化体的收缩开裂特性影响较小。
針對傳統汙泥固化方法中固化汙泥體易收縮開裂等問題,基于骨架構造原理,用煤矸石作為骨料,加入水泥、生石灰、粉煤灰等固化材料,按照不同配比對汙泥進行一繫列的固化實驗。攷察瞭在28 d養護齡期汙泥固化結實體的開裂與收縮特性。研究錶明加入煤矸石作為骨料能有效地抑製固化汙泥的收縮與開裂,生石灰能抑製開裂,粉煤灰對汙泥固化體的收縮開裂特性影響較小。

In view of easy shrinkage cracking problem in the traditional solidified sludge , using coal gangue as ag-gregate and adding curing materials such as cement ,quick lime and fly ash to the sludge with different proportion to carry out a series of curing experiments on the principle of skeleton structure .Studying the cracking and shrinkage properties of the solidified sludge at the curing age of 28 days.The experiment results show that: adding coal gangue as aggregate can inhibit cracking and shrinkage of the solidified sludge effectively ,lime can inhibit cracking and fly ash have less impact on the cracking and shrinkage properties of the solidified sludge .
