采用电热解-塞曼原子吸收汞分析仪测定北京市售虾、蟹及贝类样品中的总汞含量,样品无需酸消解,可直接进样分析。本方法线性范围为0.5-5 ng,检出限为1.5μg/kg,加标回收率为81.5%-117.4%。采集的北京市售22种虾、蟹及贝类样品中均检出总汞,含量范围为5.4-57.4μg/kg,平均含量22.2μg/kg,总体含量水平较低。结合水产类膳食摄入量调查结果,北京市居民平均每周膳食中总汞暴露量为0.84(μg/kg)/bw,占暂定每周可耐受摄入量( PTWI)的16.8%,目前北京市居民水产类膳食中汞的摄入量是安全的。

Electric pyrogenation-Zeeman Atomic Absorption Direct Mercury Analyzer was used to analyse total mer-cury in shrimp, crabs, shellfish samples from Beijing supermarkets .These samples can be analysed directly without acid digestion.The liner range of this method was 0.55 ng, the limit of detection was 1.5μg/kg and the recovery of standard addition was from 81 .5%to 117 .4%.All of the samples were measured with total mercury concentra-tion in the range of 5.4-57.4μg/kg, with averages of 22.2μg/kg.Total mercury contents were relatively low in these samples .With a survey on dietary intake from aquatic foods of Beijing residents , the average dietary mercury exposure of Beijing residents per week were estimated to be 0.84(μg/kg)/bw, accounting for 16.8%of provision-al tolerable weekly intake ( PTWI) .The evidence showed that the level of the aquatic food dietary intake of mercu-ry was safe for Beijing residents at present .
