一体式柔性飞轮是用于汽车发动机上的一种新型飞轮,该产品在开发过程中不仅要求有一定的强度、刚度和转动惯量,也要求产品在多工况作用下有一定的可靠度、不易发生失效。建立了柔性飞轮的实体模型,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS分析模拟出柔性飞轮在多工况作用下的应力分布趋势,并分析了影响应力大小的因素,确定出飞轮在各种工况作用下所受的最大应力,并与实际工况作用下的试验结果进行对比,验证有限元结果的合理性,以期对柔性飞轮的优化设计有一定的指导意义。
一體式柔性飛輪是用于汽車髮動機上的一種新型飛輪,該產品在開髮過程中不僅要求有一定的彊度、剛度和轉動慣量,也要求產品在多工況作用下有一定的可靠度、不易髮生失效。建立瞭柔性飛輪的實體模型,通過有限元分析軟件ANSYS分析模擬齣柔性飛輪在多工況作用下的應力分佈趨勢,併分析瞭影響應力大小的因素,確定齣飛輪在各種工況作用下所受的最大應力,併與實際工況作用下的試驗結果進行對比,驗證有限元結果的閤理性,以期對柔性飛輪的優化設計有一定的指導意義。

Integrated flexible flywheel is a new type flywheel used for automobile engine , in the development process, the products not only requires a certain degree of strength , stiffness and moment of inertia ,also requires the product have a certain reliability , less prone to failure .In this paper , with the help of the FEA software AN-SYS, a physical model of flexible wheel was established , it’ s stress distribution and the factors of influence the stress size were simulated under multiple loading conditions .And the flywheel ’ s maximum stress was determined u-sing FEA software.By compared with the test results , on the one hand, it’s to verify the finite element results;on the other hand, it’s has certain guiding significance for the optimization design of flexible wheel .
