研究活性炭吸附法和pH沉降-活性炭吸附法两种脱色方法对猪血红蛋白酶解液脱色效果的影响。实验结果表明,采用pH沉降-活性炭吸附法的脱色效果较为理想,其最佳的工艺条件为:沉降pH值为5.8,脱色温度为35℃,活性炭用量为1.5%,脱色时间为15 min。此工艺得到的酶解产物蛋白质含量为85.60%,灰分含量为4.51%。

The effects of active carbon adsorption and pH-settlement with active carbon adsorption on decolorizing enzymoIysis solution of porcine hemoglobin were studied .The results showed that the method of pH-settlement with active carbon adsorption had good decolorizing effect on the enzymoIysis solution of porcine hemoglobin , and the best processing condition for decolorizing was as follows:sedimentation pH value 5.8, temperature 35℃,dosage of activated carbon 1.5 %, time 15 min.Under this condition, the protein content of enzymatic hydrolysate was 85 .60 %, and the ash content was 4 .51 %.
