研究了淀粉对高山被孢霉产花生四烯酸的影响。采用在发酵培养基中添加淀粉,设置了对照组和实验组,分别绘制其碳氮代谢曲线,并对其菌丝体形态进行观察。结果表明:实验组吸收碳氮的效率要比对照组高,其生物量、含油率和ARA产量各为30.57 g/L,41.16%和4.65 g/L,分别是对照组的1.09倍,1.18倍和1.53倍。据此可初步得出结论:虽然淀粉充当碳源的作用没有葡萄糖明显,但其作为一种固形物起到了附着物的作用,菌丝体依附其上生长的更为分散,不会聚集成团,能够更为高效地吸收周围的营养成分,代谢活动更为旺盛,代谢产物积累的速度和量也就随之增大了。

The influence of starch on Mortierella alpina saltant producing arachidonic acid is studied .According to where to add starch to fermentation medium or not ,control group and experimental group are set up .The carbon and nitrogen metabolism curve are drawn respectively to observe the mycelium morphology .It turns out that experimen-tal group absorbs carbon and nitrogen more efficiently .Biomass, oil length and ARA production is 30.57g/L, 41.16%and 4.65g /L, which is 1.09, 1.18 and 1.53 times higher than those of control group respectively .It comes to a conclusion preliminarily:although starch doesn ’ t act as efficient carbon source like glucose , it can act as a kind of attachment .Depending on it , mycelium grow more dispersive without clustering .Mycelium absorb nu-tritional ingredient more efficiently .The accumulation quantity and rate of product promoted with the metabolic ac-tivity becomes more exuberant .
