It is the demands of improving the quality of employment for college graduates and achieving sustainable development of colleges to insist on being employment-oriented, strengthen employment brand construction, strive to create employment brand with characteristics, fully display effect of employment brand and facilitate full and smooth employment of college graduates. The content of employment brand is rich and wide-ranging, including three aspects, namely brand majors, brand services and characteristic education.
