在各组织越来越重视人力资源开发的大背景下,高校人事管理还是停滞不前。而高校作为高级知识群体的聚集地,建立现代化人力资源管理体系,则有着特别深远的价值与意义。基于高校教师的特点,胜任力理论以胜任力作为逻辑起点,可以有效梳理高校的人力资源管理体系,促进高校从原来的人事管理向现代化的人力资源管理演变。

Accompanied with the increasing emphasis on human resources development in many organizations, the personnel management in colleges and universities still comes to a standstill. Colleges and universities are a gathering place for highly educated population, so the establishment of modern human resources management system has a particularly profound value and significance. Based on the characteristics of college teachers, with competence as the logical starting point, competence theory can effectively sort out the human resources management system in colleges and universities, so as to promote the evolution from traditional personnel management to modern human resources management.
