目的:了解黔西南州甲型病毒性肝炎(甲肝)流行特征,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法对黔西南州2004~2013年甲肝疫情作描述性流行病学分析。结果2004~2013年累计报告甲肝病例4606例,年均发病率15.38/10万,甲肝占病毒性肝炎的百分比也呈下降趋势;男性与女性发病之比为1.72∶1;发病人群以学生为主(46.92%),其次为农民(21.91%)。结论黔西南州甲肝发病率逐年下降,但仍需扎实开展甲肝疫苗常规接种工作以维持低发病水平;重点加强学生、农民等高发人群的预防措施,提高全人群对甲肝的免疫力,控制局部暴发。
目的:瞭解黔西南州甲型病毒性肝炎(甲肝)流行特徵,為製定防治策略提供依據。方法對黔西南州2004~2013年甲肝疫情作描述性流行病學分析。結果2004~2013年纍計報告甲肝病例4606例,年均髮病率15.38/10萬,甲肝佔病毒性肝炎的百分比也呈下降趨勢;男性與女性髮病之比為1.72∶1;髮病人群以學生為主(46.92%),其次為農民(21.91%)。結論黔西南州甲肝髮病率逐年下降,但仍需扎實開展甲肝疫苗常規接種工作以維持低髮病水平;重點加彊學生、農民等高髮人群的預防措施,提高全人群對甲肝的免疫力,控製跼部暴髮。
목적:료해검서남주갑형병독성간염(갑간)류행특정,위제정방치책략제공의거。방법대검서남주2004~2013년갑간역정작묘술성류행병학분석。결과2004~2013년루계보고갑간병례4606례,년균발병솔15.38/10만,갑간점병독성간염적백분비야정하강추세;남성여녀성발병지비위1.72∶1;발병인군이학생위주(46.92%),기차위농민(21.91%)。결론검서남주갑간발병솔축년하강,단잉수찰실개전갑간역묘상규접충공작이유지저발병수평;중점가강학생、농민등고발인군적예방조시,제고전인군대갑간적면역력,공제국부폭발。
Objective To understand the Qianxinan Prefecture hepatitis A virus (HAV ) epidemic characteristics,provide basis for the prevention and control strategy. Methods As the descriptive epidemiological analysis on the epidemic situation from 2004 through 201 3 in Qianxinan Prefecture. Results From 2004 to 201 3 a total of 4 606 hepatitis cases were reported, the average incidence rate of 1 5.38/1 0 0000,The percentage of hepatitis A virus hepatitis also showed a trend of decline.Male and female incidence ratio for 1 .72∶1;The incidence of students (46 .92%),followed by farmers (21 .91%). Conclusion Qianxinan Prefecture hepatitis A incidence decreases year by year,But it is still needed to carry out routine vaccination of hepatitis A vaccine to maintain low morbidity level;Focus on strengthening the high-risk students,farmers and other populations of preventive measures,improve the whole population immunity to hepatitis A,the control of local outbreak.
