增强党际协商的实效性，在我国具有十分重要的政治价值。但从实证调研来看，当前党际协商在协商主体、协商内容、协商频率、协商程序等方面都存在一些影响协商质量的问题，其实效还没有达到制度设计和人们期望的理想状态。因此，亟须通过营造协商氛围、加强民主党派自身建设、完善协商程序、健全配套机制等途径加以完善。
增彊黨際協商的實效性，在我國具有十分重要的政治價值。但從實證調研來看，噹前黨際協商在協商主體、協商內容、協商頻率、協商程序等方麵都存在一些影響協商質量的問題，其實效還沒有達到製度設計和人們期望的理想狀態。因此，亟鬚通過營造協商氛圍、加彊民主黨派自身建設、完善協商程序、健全配套機製等途徑加以完善。
증강당제협상적실효성，재아국구유십분중요적정치개치。단종실증조연래간，당전당제협상재협상주체、협상내용、협상빈솔、협상정서등방면도존재일사영향협상질량적문제，기실효환몰유체도제도설계화인문기망적이상상태。인차，극수통과영조협상분위、가강민주당파자신건설、완선협상정서、건전배투궤제등도경가이완선。
In China,it is of great political value to increase the effectiveness of inter-party consultation.However, the research result shows that there are still some problems existing in the subject,content,efficiency and procedures of inter-party consultation,which affect the consultation quality to some extent.The effectiveness of inter-party con-sultation has yet to achieve the ideal state of system design and is still under people's expectation.Therefore,we must increase the effectiveness by creating proper atmosphere for inter-party consultation,strengthening self-construction of the democratic parties,improving the consultation procedure and establishing a sound supporting mechanism.
