对四川某地石英砂矿进行了选矿和化学提纯试验研究,最终通过采用磨矿、强磁、浮选、酸浸等工艺,脱除了石英中的杂质元素,获得的石英精矿SiO2含量≥99.95%、Fe2 O3≤0.001%、Al2 O3≤0.01%,达到了高纯石英砂的标准。
對四川某地石英砂礦進行瞭選礦和化學提純試驗研究,最終通過採用磨礦、彊磁、浮選、痠浸等工藝,脫除瞭石英中的雜質元素,穫得的石英精礦SiO2含量≥99.95%、Fe2 O3≤0.001%、Al2 O3≤0.01%,達到瞭高純石英砂的標準。

Ore dressing and chemical purification study were conducted on quartz sand in Sichuan to remove the impurities .By the process of grinding , high-intensity magnetic separation , flotation and acid leaching , a high purity quartz product was obtained which contains higher than 99 .95%SiO2,less than 0.001%Fe2O3 and less than 0.01%Al2O3, respectively.
