由于金山店浮选硫精矿细粒级含量高,-37μm粒级含量达77.47%,导致浓密池长期跑浑。在已经研究了添加絮凝剂改善其沉降的基础上,运用比阻法探讨沉降过程残留絮凝剂对后续硫精矿过滤速率以及滤饼含水量的影响。试验结果表明,所选择的高分子絮凝剂未对过滤过程产生不利影响,均可降低滤饼比阻,并且滤饼比阻随絮凝剂量增大而减小;同时含絮凝剂时的滤饼水分要小于不含絮凝剂时,但滤饼的含水量会随絮凝剂含量增大而增大。

Due to the high content of -37 μm fine particles reached at 77.47%, the thickening pond of Jinshandian sulfur concentrate ran muddily .Besides of the research on flocculant addition to enhance the settlement process , a new specific resistivity method was applied to study the influ-ence of residue flocculants on filtering rate and also filter cake moisture content .The results indica-ted that residue flocculants has no bad effects on filtering process , and can reduce the specific re-sistivity of the filter cake .When dosage of flocculants increase , the specific resistivity decreases and moisture content increases , which is lower than that without flocculant addition .
