研究了高压辊磨对铁精矿性质、球团质量及造球工艺参数的影响。研究表明:高压辊磨能细化铁精矿粒度,提高铁精矿比表面积,改善其成球性能,提高球团质量,并且能降低膨润土用量,缩短造球时间,提高生球适宜水分。本研究为工业试验及生产调整提供了参考。
研究瞭高壓輥磨對鐵精礦性質、毬糰質量及造毬工藝參數的影響。研究錶明:高壓輥磨能細化鐵精礦粒度,提高鐵精礦比錶麵積,改善其成毬性能,提高毬糰質量,併且能降低膨潤土用量,縮短造毬時間,提高生毬適宜水分。本研究為工業試驗及生產調整提供瞭參攷。

This paper mainly researched the effects of high pressure roller grinding ( HPRG) treat-ment on iron concentrate properties , pellet quality and the technical parameters of pelletizing process.The results shows that after HPRG treatment , the specific surface area of iron concentrate was increased due to particle size decrease , the balling properties and pellet qualities were im-proved .At the same time , the dosage of bentonite and pelletizing time were decreased and the suit-able moisture content of the green pellet was also increase after the treatment .This study provides a reference for the industrial test and production adjustment .
