采用可控的试验手段,通过辉钼矿单矿物与自然矿样组合的仿真法,研究辉钼矿粒度与其自然可浮性的关系;在广泛探索试验的基础上,对平均粒径为6.28μm的微细粒辉钼矿进行了捕收剂种类类比试验,遴选出优异的复合捕收剂“KY6”,在其用量与煤油用量相同的条件下,钼的回收率从66.9%提高到87.3%,提高约二十个百分点。研究表明:通过添加表面活性剂,可有效改变微细粒辉钼矿极性面的疏水性,并与非极性油类产生协捕作用,达到提高微细粒辉钼矿回收率的目的。

The relationship between molybdenite particle size and natural flotability has been stud -ied under controlled experimental conditions of using composite sample combined by molybdenite single mineral and natural ore samples .In addition , based on extensive exploratory experiments , an excellent compound collector KY 6 was selected by series of collectors analogic experiments with micro-fine molybdenite particle average size 6.28 μm.Compared with the same dosage of kero-sene , the flotation recovery was increased by 20 .4%, from 66 .9% to 87 .3%.The results show that by addition of surfactants , the hydrophobicity of polar surface of molybdenite micro -fine parti-cles could be improved and take a synergistic collecting effect, which will increase the flotation re-covery of micro-fine particle molybdenite .
