目前在煤巷和软岩支护作业中,普遍使用气动旋转式锚杆钻机。在巷道两帮支护作业中,主要使用气腿式锚杆钻机和手持式锚杆钻机,常存在着工人劳动强度大、操作困难和不安全等问题,增加了生产成本,影响了两帮锚杆(索)施工效率。新研发的气动架柱式钻机是具有旋转、推进组合功能的锚杆钻机,可有效解决巷道两帮锚杆(索)支护作业中,钻孔不好操作、劳动强度大和钻孔准确定位等问题。该钻机在小孔径50 m探水、探断层及全长锚固等工程领域中,有着不可替代的作用。该钻机已获得国家实用专利;该钻机及其操作方法已获得国家发明专利。

In the present support operation of the mine seam gateway and mine soft rock roadway ,a pneumatic rotary type roofbolter was widely applied .In a two sidewall support operation of the mine roadway ,an air leg roofbolter and a handy type roofbolter were mainly applied and a high labor inten-sity ,difficult operation ,unsafe problem and others existed in the operations of the bolts would increase the production cost and influence the construction efficiency of the bolt (anchor) in the two sidewalls . A new researched and developed pneumatic prop frame type drill is a roofbolter with a rotary and pro-pelling combined function and could effectively solve the difficult drilling operation ,the high labor in-tensity ,the borehole accurate positioning and other problems existed in the bolt (anchor) support ope-ration of the mine roadway sidewalls.The drill would have irreplaceable functions in the water detec-tion ,fault detection with a 50m depth small diameter borehole and full length bolting and other engi-neering area.The drill was awarded with a National Practical Patent and the drill and the operation method were awarded with a National Innovation Patent.
