文家坡煤矿主井井架为双斜撑式钢井架,质量达1123.5 t ,井架起立需在已建好的主、副井提升机房之间进行,施工有一定困难。根据具体情况,确定主斜架采用翻转起立法起立,副斜架采用滑动提升法起立,取得了成功。扼要介绍了地锚、抱杆、凿井绞车、钢丝绳及滑轮组、吊车的准备及布置情况,井架的现场组装、抱杆起立、主副斜架起立工艺,以及施工中所采用的关键技术,对矿井大型钢结构井架安装具有借鉴意义。

The headframe of the mine main shaft in Wenjiapo Mine was a double inclined brace type steel headframe with a quantity of 1 123.5t .The standing up of the headframe should be required to be conducted between the hoisting rooms of the mine main shaft and mine auxiliary shaft and the con-struction operation would have certain difficulties.According to the certain conditions ,the main in-clined brace would be stood up with a turnover standing up method ,the auxiliary inclined brace would be stood up with a sliding hoisting method and the standing up of the braces was successful.The paper briefly introduced the preparation and layout conditions of the ground anchor ,holding pole ,sinking winch ,steel cable and pulley-block ,crane as well as site assembling of the headframe ,standing up of the holding pole ,standing up technology of the main and auxiliary inclined braces and the key technolo-gies applied in the construction.All those would have reference significances to the installation of the mine large steel structure headframe.
