余吾煤业公司南风井+400m水平轨道大巷采用砌碹机械化作业线施工,每浇筑9m为1个循环。采用1台ZCY100R型履带式侧卸铲车上料;1台JZM 500型搅拌机搅拌;1台HBMD12/4-22S型输送泵和输送管路,把混凝土输送到PKLD-9000型衬砌台车内,进行浇筑,提高了浇筑速度和质量,减轻了劳动强度,降低了安全风险。采用砌碹机械化作业线施工后,巷道单进水平从开始的月进60m左右稳步提高到100m以上,最高月进尺达120m ,整个巷道施工工期提前了3个月。该项技术适用于长距离平、斜巷及坡度起伏较小巷道的混凝土砌碹施工,巷道掘进宽度要求在4.0m以上,最大净断面无限制;并且巷道越长,断面越大,越能充分发挥机械化配套高效施工的优势。

A mechanized lining operation line was applied to the construction of +400m Level Railway Roadway in South Mine Ventilation Shaft of Yuwu Mine and each 9m concrete lining was a circle.A ZCY100R mode crawler-type shovel was applied to the concrete feeding and a JZM 500 mode mixer was applied to the mixing of the concrete.One HBMD12/4-22S mode conveying pump and conveying pipe-line was applied to convey the concrete in a PKLD-9000 mode lining wagon for the concrete pou-ring.T hus the concrete pouring speed and quality could be improved ,the labor intensity could be re-duced and the safety risk could be reduced.When the mechanized lining operation line applied to the construction ,a single level month advancing rate of the mine roadway was steadily improved from a-bout 60m to over 100m ,a max month advancing rate was reached at 120m and the total construction period of the mine roadway was completed three months ahead of the schedule .The technology could be suitable for the concrete lining operation of a mine long distance level roadway and mine inclined roadway or less fluctuated inclined mine roadway with a required heading width over 4m and no limit maximum net cross section.The advantages of the mechanized matching high efficient construction would be fully played with the longer roadway and wider cross section.
