高家堡煤矿副立井净直径8.5m ,采用全深冻结法凿井,冻结深度850m ,凿井深度841.5m ,双层钢筋混凝土井壁。井筒采用Ⅵ型凿井井架、大提升机、大吊桶、大模板、液压伞形钻架、中心回转式液压抓岩机、座钩式自动翻矸装置、自卸汽车等先进设备组成的立井快速施工机械化作业线,中深孔爆破、小型挖掘机清底、大直径输料管输送混凝土等先进技术,短段掘砌,混合作业,取得了连续5个月掘砌外壁月成井超百米,平均月成井120 m的好成绩,为全深冻结立井安全快速施工提供了经验。
高傢堡煤礦副立井淨直徑8.5m ,採用全深凍結法鑿井,凍結深度850m ,鑿井深度841.5m ,雙層鋼觔混凝土井壁。井筒採用Ⅵ型鑿井井架、大提升機、大弔桶、大模闆、液壓傘形鑽架、中心迴轉式液壓抓巖機、座鉤式自動翻矸裝置、自卸汽車等先進設備組成的立井快速施工機械化作業線,中深孔爆破、小型挖掘機清底、大直徑輸料管輸送混凝土等先進技術,短段掘砌,混閤作業,取得瞭連續5箇月掘砌外壁月成井超百米,平均月成井120 m的好成績,為全深凍結立井安全快速施工提供瞭經驗。

A net diameter of a mine auxiliary shaft in Gaojiabu Mine was 8.5m.The mine auxiliary shaft was sunk with a full depth freezing method ,the freezing depth of the auxiliary shaft was 850m ,the sinking depth of the mine shaft was 841.5m and the mine shaft liner was a double reinforced concrete shaft liner.A mechanized operation line of the mine shaft rapid construction was consisted with a Ⅵtype shaft sinking headframe ,large hoist ,large kibbles ,large formworks ,hydraulic umbrella drilling rig ,central rotating type hydraulic grabs ,bottom hook type automatic refuse tipping device ,dump trucks and other advanced equipments.A short sectional excavation and lining combined operation was applied to the mine shaft sinking with medium and deep borehole blasting ,floor cleaning with small type excavator ,concrete transportation with large diameter material transportation pipeline and other advanced technology.A month shaft completed within a continuous five month of shaft excavation and outer shaft lining was over 100m obtained ,an average month shaft completed was 120m and the expe-riences would be provided to the safety and rapid construction of the mine full depth freezing shaft.
